• Google Wave Widgets on Wookie Server

    poetry-demo1Scott Wilson mapped the Google Wave API calls to his existing APIs and web services so anybody (and especially those who don’t have access to the Google Wave Sandbox) can play with Google Wave functionality!

    How to play?

    For example this way – go the Scott’s article about Google Wave Widgets, open it in two different windows, find the section with “fridge magnet poetry” that looks like this:

    and start to move the words. You will see that the words are moving also in the second window.

    Not impressed by this?
    Ya, this is not the coolest example ever. But if you are a developer and you understand the idea behind the Google Wave, then you know that this might be a nice toy.

    How to play really?

    Find the last section in the Scott’s article where he explains what you should install to create your own “Sandbox”.
